On this page I will publish diary pictures of my progress. It might not be a pretty site but I am determined to sculpt my body a little more than it currently is. I am not a great fan of gym exercises but after sustaining a shoulder injury and referred to physiotherapist I was given elastic resistance bands. I have continued to do the daily exercises recommended to strengthen the shoulders and now I have started to work on the abdominal region. Higher muscle content in the body raises the base metabolic rate, so even doing nothing the body is burning extra calories so we get a double benefit.
